Here how the Circles works for you, the Circles procedure contain three main and three subs circles, always think and present your innovative ideas or your reports with 3*3 elements.
- The Compliance _ how your task(s) comply with:
- Project Contract form.
- Specs and Method of Statements.
- Quality Assurance and Control adopt with legal regulations and Engineer measures.
- The SOW _ Scope Of Works:
- Each project generated and executed to meet the related business need to deliver the related facilities, premises or assets.
- Project contain group of chunks constructed with several blocks, those blocks are materials trades which need Engineering, PRocurement and Construction EPC to be part of project chunks, use 3*3 WBS chart to map your Scope.
- Trade (EPC) are unique for each material but have the same sequence of works, Engineering & Procurement might be generated parallel to other trades no force driven impact (EP) of related trade, but Construction (C) for trades are mandatory executed in order each trade have necessary predecessor trade(s).
- The Topic _ Associated task(s) you have to deliver in your PM role:
- Pre Contract period, design, tender or concept.
- Contract Executing Period, the EPC timeframe of delivering the project trade to material to block to set of chunk.

- Project Contract form: FIDIC or Local forms which might be generated from FIDIC base, list here the related EOT Clause(s).
- Specs and Method of Statements for trade(s) affected with delay event(s).
- Quality Assurance and Control, explain here the related civil Law(s) and Engineer measures like NCRs, IRs Inspection Request for EPC of project Trade(s) affected by said EOT.
- The SOW _ Scope Of Works:
- Brief about the project, numbers of premises, the purpose of its facilities and major assets.
- Facility or/and premise(s) not delivered due to delays occurred during Contract period, utilize 3*3 WBS chart.
- List the impacted Trade(s) (EPC) and show the order number of its (C) through the CPM Critical Path Method.
- The Topic _ Studying and Analysis Contractor EOT Claim submission, You are the Project Manager or/ and the Claim Specialist:
- Post Contract Period, Final EOT Claim Submission validity and concluded with the percentage of Contractor’s Understanding their claim.
- Reflect the concurrency might be affected the project trades execution and Contractor deny them.
- Fair assessment to ensure the power position of both parties during amcible period.
